Physical Products (Printed Books or Materials)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical product, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery.
To process your request, please contact us with:

- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note:
- Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our side.

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to intellectual property, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once access, download, or delivery has been completed.
